About Our Team

Brad Thompson
Independent Contractor
General Psychologist
Ed and Dev Endorsed
Special interest areas: Anxiety, depression, adjustment challenges, trauma, interpersonal difficulties, personal development and sleep disorders. ADHD assessments.
For a variety of reasons, we sometimes find ourselves feeling directionless, conflicted, or struggling to find a sense of place and purpose in life. Whilst at other times it can be difficult to effectively manage our thoughts and emotions, stay organised, or get a good night’s sleep. Perhaps distressing incidents from the past are limiting our quality of life and wellbeing in the present. Understandably, it is common for these types of challenges to impact our moods, behaviours, self-esteem, and relationships in ways that create difficult situations and feelings to resolve.
If any of this sounds familiar, then you’re not alone. Facing such challenges with the support of an experienced psychologist can simplify the process – as opposed to facing it alone or ignoring it until things worsens with time. Together we can better understand your unique experiences and circumstances to identify and address the root causes of struggle. We will collaboratively identify desired goals and learn effective skills to overcome existing limitations.
Taking the first step towards self-improvement can be a daunting notion, and it does require a little courage to take a chance speaking with a professional. However, those that do frequently report how comfortable and easy our interactions are and become grateful to themselves for seeking support. So, if you’re ready to improve yourself and your way of life then let’s arrange a time for an initial discussion.

Kerry Sparrow
Independent Contractor
Clinical Psychologist
Special interest areas: Trauma and complex trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, parenting challenges and personal development.
Kerry has 20 years of experience supporting children, teens and adults to make positive changes in their lives, working as a social worker, change management consultant and counsellor, before furthering her psychology studies. She has worked in the public, corporate and private sectors in various capacities in South Africa, the United Kingdom, New Zealand and Australia. Kerry is client-centric and will work with you to create a realistic and achievable plan to assist you, your child or teen in overcoming low mood, anxiety, trauma, OCD or another mental health difficulty.
In response to trauma, we often avoid reminders of our trauma; while this helps in the short term, it ultimately keeps us stuck. If you have experienced a recent, past trauma or series of traumas, Kerry is passionate about working alongside you to help you learn and practice the skills to process and make sense of your experiences. Kerry hopes to help you regain your confidence and self-esteem, enabling you to feel empowered and be proactive instead of stuck and reactive.
As a parent herself, Kerry is aware of the adjustment and unique challenges parenting can throw our way. She finds that some people want to parent differently from what they experienced but are unsure how to do that. Other parents may find setting boundaries and managing challenging behaviours or new family dynamics challenging. She will support you in creating the happy home you desire for yourself and your children.
Kerry uses various skills from several evidence-based treatment modalities adapted to your specific needs.

As a psychotherapist, I bring warmth, curiosity, and genuine presence to our sessions. While our work may explore challenging territories, it is also a journey of discovery – one that invites insight, creativity, and even moments of joy. Healing isn’t just about untangling pain; it’s about reconnecting with your aliveness, your inner wisdom, and the parts of yourself that long to be seen.
Together, we’ll explore the stories and patterns that have shaped you – not to judge, diagnose, or fix, but to bring understanding and healing. My approach is grounded in attachment theory and systems thinking, acknowledging how our inner narrative, relationships, environment, experiences, and cultural context shape who we are. While talk therapy forms our foundation, I believe wisdom lives in many places: in our bodies, in creativity, and in our connection to the world around us.
Here, you’ll find:
- A space to explore your inner world with safety and depth
- Support in understanding unconscious patterns and attachment styles
- Ways to integrate the parts of yourself that feel disconnected
- A pace that honours your individual process
- A therapeutic relationship that honours both depth and expansive exploration
- Guidance in developing authentic self-awareness
Our work can help you:
- Transform patterns that no longer serve you
- Develop clarity through times of uncertainty
- Cultivate more fulfilling relationships
- Reconnect with your authentic self
- Align your life with your true values
Through our therapeutic relationship, we’ll navigate this path together. I welcome you to reach out for an initial consultation so we can explore how we might work together.
